Servers & devices

Servers and devices you can rely on.

Get clear help with a failed workstation, a planned server, or an existing system that has become difficult to support. The work begins with what the equipment needs to accomplish for you.

What you gain

Technology that fits the work.

Server and workstation design, implementation, remote administration, and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Design and implementation

Plan hardware and system configurations around actual workloads, access requirements, and support expectations.

Hands-on troubleshooting

Investigate device, operating-system, application, storage, and connectivity problems without assuming one cause.

Remote server access

Lights-out management or KVM access can support remote administration when the server and agreement are configured for it.

Scope

Support for essential equipment

  • Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
  • Workstation setup and troubleshooting
  • Server planning and implementation
  • Remote server administration using approved access
  • Backup and recovery configuration options
  • Hardware procurement and replacement planning

How it works

A straightforward way to begin.

  1. 01

    Clarify the role

We document what the device or server supports, who depends on it, and what is currently failing or changing.

  2. 02

    Assess the system

Hardware, software, storage, connectivity, access, and backup conditions are reviewed within the authorized scope.

  3. 03

    Repair or plan

You receive a recommended path for repair, replacement, configuration, or ongoing support before additional work proceeds.

Common questions

Clear expectations from the start.

Can you support a server outside Chicagoland?

Remote server support may be available when secure lights-out management or KVM access is already available or can be properly configured.

Do you perform data recovery?

Data-recovery work may be considered after an initial assessment. When specialized clean-room or forensic recovery is appropriate, the recommendation may be to use a dedicated recovery provider.
